Wiki Lab results in note, no lab results in chart

Hey Everyone,

We have it as a rule in our clinics that in order to complete coding we need to have flu/covid/strep/rsv test results scanned into the chart before we release the claim to insurance. Sometimes this does not get done, but the provider does document the result of the lab tests within the note. In this case would I be able to release the claim to insurance without having the lab tests in the chart?
