Good morning. Can someone help me with a claims submission question?
I have a a claim that I submit that has a primary insurance and Alliance as secondary. I get this message after they review the claim " Adjusted - DOS - 10/07/2024 - Not payable based on Primary Payer (COB) adjustment - $100.00". I have the EOB attached but it won't work.
