Please help clear up some confusion within the office. When billing for cpt code 20610 overall understanding is that the lidocaine used as the numbing agent is bundled into the procedure. However, the question is, should we be billing for the Methylprednisolone separately? Thank you

Yes, you bill separately for the Methylprednisolone or whatever drug you may be injecting.
