I would appreciate your thoughts on CPT for the following I&D procedure: 10060, 10061, or 23930?
I'm leaning towards 10060. "sequestered" had me thinking 10061. "deep" had me thinking 23930.

Procedure note
2x5cm mass palpated deep in the left axilla.
Incision and Drainage- Abscess of the left axilla
Using a #11 scalpel blade a 3cm linear incision along the local skin lines was made and the purulent material expressed. The abscess was explored thoroughly and sequestered pockets were opened with a curved hemostat. Dressed with topical bandage.
