Dr. is continually consulting with schools, therapists and such in reference to identified patients he is seeing. In order to get paid for these instances, are the appropriate medicaid approved codes to use z01000/h2011?
 
We are also having a tough time which codes to use for crisis intervention since we deal with this type of service quite a lot.

Hi friend! I'm investigating this myself and found Medicare does not cover H2011. Depending on the procedure would 90839 work? If not, use the link, it's for the most recent mental health coverage for Medicare. Also there are specific HCPC codes for mobile crisis units as well. Look at G0017. Hope this helps!- Lisa
