What CPT code should be used in this case?

Op Report: Under General Anesthesia. A single area of steady bleeding was noted on the anterior surface of the friable breast mass. This area was cauterized with complete cessation of active bleeding. The surrounding skin was cleansed and dried. Arista powder was applied to the entire anterior surface of the wound followed by Surgical hemostatic gauze. Sterile 4 x 4 dressings were placed and secured with Elastoplast pressure dressing.

There is no CPT code for control bleeding of breast under general anesthesia.

"CPT codes 19120 and 19125 are used for excision of breast lesions, where attention to surgical margins and assurance of complete tumor is unnecessary."
